This Borla(r) system has a valve simulator to prevent the Check Engine Light from coming on. It was designed specifically for the 6.2L Silverado and Sierra 1500. Factory Split Rear Exit Vehicles ONLY. This Cat-Back(tm) system by Borla(r) features a True Dual design which REQUIRES cutting thefactory Y-Pipe. The 2.5″ inlet into 2.75″ diameter pipes system has the famous S-Type sound level with no drone inside the vehicle. Muffler contains an internal X-Pipe for increased performance and improved sound. This system features dual 3.5″ X 3.28″ bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Installation REQUIRES removal of factory Valance Tips. Systems with black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, carbon fiber tips, and systems that reuse the original equipment tips are also available. It is built with premium, high-quality austenitic T-304 stainless steel using computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensures accurate fit and maximum performance.
